Press the tacky end of the Jewel Setter on the top side of the rhinestone or small item to pick it up. Apply glue to the bottom of the item or on the place where it is to be set. Set the item in place and use the pointed end of the Jewel Setter for any slight adjustments needed for exact positioning.
