Rhinestone Biz: Shipping Policy
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Three options are available
- Express Mail
- Priority Mail
- Parcel Post
Additionally, international orders may be shipped by
- Priority Mail International
- Priority Mail International Flat-Rate Box
- Express Mail International (EMS)
- others ...
Orders received by 1:00 PM PST will be processed the same day. All orders will be processed in the order in which they were received. For exceptions regarding telephone orders, please see our policy regarding purchasing from Rhinestone Biz.
Any out-of-stock conditions not originally noted on the order receipt will be communicated to the customer via phone or email by the following day, at which point a determination on partial-ship options will be requested by Rhinestone Biz.
