Rhinestone Biz: Return and Exchange Policy

Items may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of the original order date. Any items returned for credit are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee ($5.00 minimum). Items exchanged for equal or greater value are not subject to the re-stocking fee, however, the customer is responsible for return and subsequent outbound shipping charges.

Items should be returned in a padded envelope, described below, via the US Postal Service to:

Notes:
  • Only unused, unopened merchandise in it original packaging will be accepted.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required. Please obtain your RMA by using our contact form. Please use "RMA Request" in the subject of the message and include your order number in the body of the message. Any refund packages received will be returned unopened to the sender, causing a delay in processing your request.
  • The value of your returned items (not exchanges or defects) may lower your discount level thus lowering your refund.
  • Please ensure correct postage is affixed to package. Rhinestone Biz will not accept COD deliveries.
  • For your protection, please send your return items in a rigid cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope. We recommend that you insure your package as we are not responsible for product returns that arrive to us damaged, and will not credit you for these items. Items returned to us in a standard unpadded envelope are almost certain to be damaged by the postal service.
  • Please do not combine different orders into one return; you must obtain separate RMA's. All orders must be shipped separately as they will be processed separately.
  • Defective merchandise and /or order packing errors will be completely refunded. Please request a Defect Merchandise Authorization (DMA) by using our contact form. Please include "DMA Request" in the subject of your message and include your original order number in the body of the message. In addition, please describe the problem you are experiencing.
