2012 USPS First-Class Mail Changes

USPS has made some changes to the Real-Time rate system which are preventing the First-Class Package option from appearing in the list of shipping methods. First-Class Package shipping can cost as little as $2.00 - $4.00 for some orders, it might be worth checking into.
