Shipping Refunds


In the event your overnight (Express) order does not arrive overnight, you may be eligible for a refund of your shipping charges. This offer has several restrictions:
  • All refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original shipment.
  • The shipper must agree that they have missed their commitment. In some cases we do not know what the USPS commitment is until after the package is in their system. With FedEx orders, the commitment is stated prior to dropping the package to their system.
  • Neither USPS or FedEx will reimburse our customer directly. Once we receive your confirmation to proceed, the process of obtaining a refund from the shipper becomes the responsibility of Rhinestone Biz.
  • Rhinestone Biz will reimburse your credit card for the amount you paid for shipping less a $5.00 handling fee once we receive the refund from the shipper.
